Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AI Organizer Chrome Extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Organizer is a Chrome browser extension for saving YouTube videos into your own playlists, keeping notes, searching saved videos, and requesting AI summaries for individual videos or whole playlists.

3. Account and Authentication

To use certain features of AI Organizer, you must authenticate through the supported sign-in flow. Your credentials are never stored by AI Organizer. Authentication, library access, and subscription state are handled through trusted backend services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate YouTube's, Google's, or Chrome Web Store policies
  • Attempt to automate actions beyond what AI Organizer provides
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Subscription and Payments

AI Organizer may offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our payment provider. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms.

  • Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually in advance
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the billing period
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers where required

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Organizer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. YouTube, Google, Chrome, and third-party providers may change their platforms at any time, which may affect AI Organizer's functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email, the website, or through the extension where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
