When contacting the publisher or Chrome Web Store support contact, include the subject line ai-video-organizer-support and provide:

Transcript Availability

Transcript availability depends on the YouTube video. Some videos have normal captions, some only have auto-captions, and some have no available transcript. If no transcript is available, AI Organizer keeps the video saved, shows the transcript status, and disables AI generation for that video until a usable transcript exists.

Saving And Collections

Quick Save stores the current YouTube video in the user's library. Organized Save opens the Side Panel so the saved video can be added to an existing collection, multiple collections, or a newly created collection.

AI Summaries

AI Organizer does not generate summaries automatically when a video is saved. Video Knowledge Packages and collection summaries are explicit user actions and are subject to usage limits.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal. If a plan change does not appear in the Side Panel after a minute, close and reopen AI Organizer and include the checkout time when contacting support.

Data And Deletion

Saved videos can be archived, restored, or permanently removed from the user's library. See the Privacy Policy for retention, deletion, global cache, transcript, and AI-provider handling.
